"Now the law is trite that while this Court has the authority to review an award made for damages by a trial Court the circumstances in which it is empowered are narrow and limited to where; (a) The grant by the trial Court was predicated on a wrong principle of law; (b) Where the Trial Court did not take into consideration relevant facts; or (c) Where the amount is too high or too low; See: UBN PLC V.
