"The Appellant also sought post-judgment interest of 6% on the judgment sum. Post judgment interest cannot be more than the rate provided in the Rules of Court; Unity Bank Plc v. Nwadike (2008) LPFLR-5067(CA). By the High Court of Lagos State (Civil Procedure) Rules, post-judgment interest shall not exceed 10% per annum. The Appellant has however asked for 6% post-judgment interest and they are entitled to this claim."
