"Furthermore it was held by the Supreme Court in the case of SAMUEL BOZIN VS. THE STATE (1985) 7 SC 450 that failure of a witness to mention the name of an accused person who is known to them and allegedly robbed them at the first opportunity casts a grave doubt on their evidence."
