“As afore stated, locus standi of a plaintiff to institute an action is a condition precedent to the Court's jurisdiction. It is inextricably linked to the exercise of jurisdiction by a Court. In other words, where the party initiating an action lacks locus standi, the Court is robbed of jurisdiction to hear that matter”.
