“There is no legislation in force that confers exclusive jurisdiction on the Federal High Court to hear matters under the Corruption Practices and other Related Offences Act 2000. However by virtue of section 251 (1) (s) (3) of the Constitution the National Assembly may make legislation conferring such exclusive jurisdiction on the Federal High Court to hear matters under the Corrupt Practices and other Related Offences Act 2000.”
