“I need to point out here that the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is supreme and soars far above the constitution and regulations of a political party. Thus, any section of the constitution of a political party or its regulations which seeks to oust the jurisdiction of a court duly conferred by the Constitution of Nigeria and other statutes made pursuant thereto, is null and void to the extent of its inconsistency.
