"It is incontrovertible and the learned trial judge has correctly held that the crossing "Not Negotiable- Account Payee Only" on the draft was addressed to the collecting banker and in effect warns the collecting banker that if it collects the cheque for someone other than the payee and that person is not entitle to it, the banker may be liable in damages to the person entitled to it.
