“It is a settled law that an issue for determination must flow from a ground(s) of appeal. Where an issue is not a progeny of a ground(s) of appeal, it is rendered incompetent and the court will be disrobed of the jurisdiction to entertain it, seeOmagbemi v. Guinness Nig. Ltd.
