Whether it is proper to object to a paragraph of an affidavit or a document exhibited in an affidavit before the substantive action is heard or before it is known to what use the document would be put to.

"In any case, and regarding Exhibit A, it needs be pointed out as was held in per Oguntade, J.C.A., (as he then was) in Fawehinmi I.G.P. (2000) 7 NWLR Part 665, Page 481 at 510, ratio 14., that the situation when a Court is hearing an application in which parties are relying on affidavit evidence is not the most suitable for airing objections as to the admissibility of documentary evidence attached to the affidavit filed.
