Residents of Ikosi Ketu Ketu area of Lagos have decided to take their destinies into their own hands as far as the erratic power supply in Nigeria is concerned.

The people have decided to drum it into the ears of PHCN officials that they wont pay any electricity bill if there was no bill. They complain of indiscriminate billing by PHCN under what its called ESTIMATED BILLING.

Now, they have decided that if PHCN does not bring prepaid meters, No Bill.

on the other hand, If there  is no Light, No Bill.
