Hi,

I'll be starting law school in the fall. I'm a guy and I've always been pretty lazy about my appearance. As of right now it's a scraggly beard and relatively long curly hair. Do you guys think this sort of appearance is appropriate in the legal realm? Or is it all about clean-cut and "professional" styles? Or is appearance even relevant at all? Honesty is appreciated!

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.

Your challenge is well understood. Just as the popular saying "dress the way you want to be address". Legal profession is a noble profession hence, law school have regulations when it comes to dressing and every candidate must be abide by the regulations. I will urge to try and improve on your dressing since you have chosen the "Noble Profession", also when you get there you need to find out nature of the dressing that is allowed. As a lawyer you need to keep a clean cut hair style, legal profession is not like any other profession when any how dressing is allow.

This is our advice for you.

Thank you for trusting on us.
