ACTION - PLEADINGS: Whether pleadings not supported by evidence can be relied upon
"It is the practice and by rule of litigation, parties are bound by their pleadings and pleadings which are not supported by evidence whatsoever, go to no issue. Again where there is no evidence led in support of any pleading, then the pleading is deemed also abandoned. See Remalo Ltd & 3 Ors Vs. N.B.N. Ltd (2003) 16 N.W.L.R. (Pt 846) 235, Olorunfemi Vs.
