What constitute dangerous driving?

"Similarly, momentary inattention has been accepted to amount to a fault sufficient to constitute dangerous driving. See: The State v. Felix Ibeneme (1965) 9 ENLR 26.

Even an error of judgment could constitute dangerous driving."

Per J.A. FABIYI, J.S.C. in ADEWALE JOSEPH V. THE STATE: (2011) LPELR-SC.48/2010
