"Specifically, on the prosecutorial powers of the ICPC viz-a-viz the power of the Attorney-General of the Federation under Section 174 of the Constitution his Lordship had put it viz -Section 6 of the Act says inter alia that it shall be the, duty o f the ICPC to prosecute offenders. However, Section 26(2) of the Act provides inter alia that every prosecution for an offence under the Act shall be deemed to be initiated by the Attorney-General of the Federation.
